2. Website Design & Development

• A refund may be requested within 3 days of payment if work has not yet started.

• Once the design or development process has begun, partial refunds may be considered based on completed work.

• No refunds will be issued after the final website files or credentials have been delivered.

3. Graphic Design & Branding

• Initial concept fees and design work are non-refundable once concepts have been delivered.

• Refunds are not available for completed logo designs, branding packages, or custom graphics after final delivery.

4. Digital Marketing & Google Ads Management

• Monthly marketing, SEO, social media management, and Google Ads management fees are non-refundable once services have started.

• Advertising budgets paid directly to platforms such as Google, Meta, or other third-party services are non-refundable.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, content, and timely communication. Delays caused by missing information or lack of response may affect project timelines and refund eligibility.

6. Revisions & Support

We are committed to working with our clients to ensure satisfaction. Reasonable revisions are included based on the agreed project scope.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Clients agree to contact ClicksPromo directly to resolve any concerns before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.
